French Burgers

Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons thyme, minced
2 teaspoons white wine
1 tbs minced onion, plus 1 tsp
Preparation

Combine all ingredients. Shape into 4 patties. Broil until done as desired (3-4 minutes for rare meat, 5-7 minutes for medium meat, and 8-9 minutes for well-done meat).

The recommended wines are Beaujolais or Chianti. Prep: 5 min, Cook: 5 min.
