Onion Beer Bread

Ingredients

1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
10 ounces room-temperature beer
2 eggs beaten
3/4 cup minced onion
Nonstick cooking spray as needed

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients. Pour into a lightly sprayed 9-inch loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
