Raw Zucchini Hummus

Ingredients

1 large zucchini or summer squash
1 tablespoon raw sesame tahini
2 tablespoons cold pressed extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice (1- 2 lemons)
3 cloves garlic
1 pinch Himalayan or sea salt
