Preparation
1
Cover broiler pan rack with foil. Place bed of assorted
sliced
vegetables on foil. Lay fish on vegetables and put bacon
slices
on fish.
Bake
at 425F for 20-30 minutes or until flesh flakes easily with fork. Transport fish and vegetables to platter
