Fantastic Corn Pudding
Ingredients
1 egg
1 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter
8 oz.s corn muffin mix
8 oz.s can cream corn
8 oz.s can whole corn
Preparation

Beat 1 egg. Add to it 1 cup of sour cream.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring. Melt, then cool, 1/2 cup of butter and stir in.

Add 1 box of corn muffin (8 ounce) and mix well.

Add cream style corn, whole kernel corn and mix well.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 to 55 minutes.
