Paneer Tikki

Ingredients

1 medium sized onion
2 tomato
100 grams of Tofu Paneer
1 small sized capsicum
1 tablespoon of curry masala
1 tablespoon of corn flour
1 teaspoon of chilli vinegar
chilli flakes
salt to taste
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of pepper
15 tooth pick sticks

Preparation

Cut Paneer into small even sized cubes

Cut onion with same size and seperate each layer

Cut tomato and capsicum into similar shape and size

Take a toothpick and pierce through paneer and onions tomato and capsicum (barbq way)

Similarly do 10 sticks

Masala Preparation:> mix curry masala,corn flour,chilli vinegar chilli flakes,pepper,sauce,salt and little water to make a watery mix

Heat the oil spared pan

Dip the sticks in the masala and place on the pan

Cook all the four sides

Serve immediately with sauce or mint chutney
