Preparation

Separate
eggs.
Beat
egg whites until stiff.
Beat
in half the sugar and set aside.
Whip
cream
, remaining sugar and vanilla until thick.
Fold
in egg whites. Pour in
ice
cube trays with bars removed, cover and
freeze.
Serve
at room temperature.
