Spaghetti Bolognaise

Ingredients
250 grams spaghetti
4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
60 grams butter
2 onions, medium
1 stk celery
2 teaspoons garlic, crushed
1 kg beef, minced
cup red wine
kg crushed tomatoes
lt beef stock
teaspoon oregano
1 bayleaf
2 tablespoons tomato paste
teaspoon cumin, ground

Finely dice onion and celery.
