Tool: Dry Measuring Cup
About
A dry measuring cup is used as a scoop and measures dry ingredients. The dry ingredient is filled to the top and then leveled off by scraping the very top using a knife of flat tool. It is not recommended to measure liquids in dry measuring cups because liquids should be filled to the top and can easily be spilled.
