Police in Augusta, Georgia were called to an area Waffle House after an air conditioning repairman found a man apparently living on top of the restaurant's roof. Police officers helped the man down and took him to an area hospital with symptoms of dehydration. They were not sure how long the man had been living on the roof or how got onto it.
Eyewitness James Mayle told local affiliate WAGT, “You never expect anything like this, a person on top of the roof at a Waffle house? No, never that.” Here's a local news report of the incident:
