Cutis Alligier, an inmate in Utah, wants to gain 50 pounds before his trial, to convince the jury that he did not go into a fast food restaurant to rob the place, but to surrender.
In order to show that he couldn't have been disarmed at his normal weight, his attorneys want him to gain back the 50 pounds that he has lost since being incarcerated. You can not make this stuff up. There is a video after the jump.
