Stacy Keibler Loves Smoothies

As a former WWE wrestler, Stacy Keibler is all about working out and staying in shape. One of her favorite ways to do that is by drinking lots of smoothies. 

"I absolutely love smoothies! I make so many different ones because it's such an easy way to stuff in the fruits and vegetables that your body needs," Keibler said. "I usually have one every day, either after my workout or just for my breakfast because they're so good and so filling." 

One of her favorites is her living green smoothie. 

"I don't measure it all out, but I toss romaine, celery, cucumber, kale, parsley, cilantro, ginger, lemon and apple in my Vitamix with some ice, blend it up and enjoy!" the actress said. "I know it sounds weird, but it tastes great and it's really good for you because all of the greens are so full of nutrients. It's really so good."
