Rachel McAdams' former trainer, Jerry Owen, talked to Self about the diet and workout routine that keeps The Vow actress in shape. When it comes to food, Owen says he advises to stay away from a low-calorie diet.
"I have all my clients rid their cabinets of low-fat foods because they tend to overeat it," Owen said.
