Eva Longoria Goes Low-Carb

Eva Longoria is on a brand new diet and says she has been dropping the pounds and feels great. 

"Right now, I'm on a very strict diet," she said. "I have eliminated rice, pasta and bread. I drink a lot of green tea. It's hard but it works, I lost pounds and I'm glad for it!" 

Longoria is also currently working with a trainer to help her tone. 

"To tone my body, a trainer comes three times a week at home for muscle-building exercises."
