Will.i.am recently lost 30 pounds and it was all thanks to a change in his diet and a new exercise regimen.
"I just ate fruit, soup and fish and I lost 30 pounds," the musician said. "I haven't been this weight since I was a teenager."
Will.i.am has also been working with a personal trainer who has him doing weights, outdoor running, Pilates, skipping and resistance band work.
