Sauce's takeout window service will serve you after midnight or for breakfast, when table service isn't an option. The restaurant's management decided to capitalize on midnight cravings by serving a set menu of five options, such as French toast and kale salad. Sauce isn't the first restaurant in New York City to offer this service, though; Beacon in Midtown and Pane Panelle in TriBeCa do the same.
If you're rather daring, you can always try to replicate takeout with these DIY spring rolls.
