News broke earlier this week that Katie Holmes has filed for divorce from Tom Cruise. Apparently, Scientology played a part. Reports have surfaced saying the two couldn't agree on Suri's diet.
According to Scientology, a baby's diet should be a mix of barley water, milk and corn syrup. Cruise and Holmes reportedly "fought viciously" over Suri's diet and whether she should stick the the Scientology guidelines, or if she should have breast milk and formula.
Holmes is known for the cupcake excursions she often has with her daughter and was recently seen out for ice cream. Perhaps this is simply Holmes' way of asserting her independence.
