Today's new food is Mentaiko; the marinated roe of Pollock fish. It is a common ingredient in Japanese dishes, but might be new to the rest of us.
This dish includes Mentaiko, combined with spaghetti. Of course, since it is from one of our favorite cooking channels: Cooking With Dog, we know it will be delicious.
