Only 1 week left until I can once again start milking my goat. It always seems like the true signal that spring is here, is the milking season. This year, I am starting my herd over again and only have 1 goat. She will give us enough milk for a few precious things.
Goat Cheese is one of those things. Check out the lovely way that this goat cheese log is finished. Be sure to try it!
1-2 tablespoons Herbs de Provence
1/2 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
Freshly ground black pepper
Blend two:
1 tablespoon sweet ancho chile powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
