Goat cheese is creamy, tangy, and absolutely delicious with just about anything. Luckily for us, it's a fresh cheese that can be made right in our very own kitchen. Goat's milk is heated and then combined with lemon juice to help separate the milk into curds and whey. You can add a number a flavorings to the goat cheese including garlic, honey, or fresh herbs.
