This easy no-cook cranberry relish recipe can be whipped up in seconds in a food processor. Three ingredients are all you need to make this refreshing relish: orange, fresh cranberries and sugar. We recommend making it a day or two early to let the flavors meld together. It's perfect with your holiday meal and on turkey sandwiches the next day!
Cranberry-Orange Relish

Serves 24
1 medium orange, unpeeled, cut into wedges, seeds removed
1 bag (about 12 ounces) fresh cranberries
1 cup sugar
Place half the orange and half the cranberries into a food processor. Cover and process until the mixture is coarsely chopped. Spoon the orange mixture into a bowl. Repeat with the remaining orange and cranberries.
Stir in the sugar, 1/4 cup at a time, until desired sweetness. Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
