What’s delicious and deserved any time of year? S’mores! The simple combination is so easily transformed into even better upgrades, like a deep dish s'mores cake. But this s’mores pie from Pastry Affair is one of our new favorites because the toasted lumps of fluffy marshmallow are so gorgeous.
Ingredients:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
8 tablespoons (1 stick) butter, melted
3/4 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup milk
10 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
Pinch of salt
2 eggs, whisked
1 bag of large marshmallows
