The asparagus is really jumping here on the farm. Every day it's as if I am cutting it for the first time. Although it seems as if it's an endless supply, I know that it's only a matter of a few short weeks and this seasonal food is gone for another year. The only thing there is to do about it, is to enjoy as many meals as I can out of the asparagus patch.
