10 Must-Have Cookbooks

The Daily Meal compiled a list of ten cookbooks that everyone must-have.  In other words, your library won't be complete without these cooking totems.  With the holidays just around the corner, you might want to consider getting one of these excellent cookbooks as a gift.  What are your favorite cookbooks? Yep, I totally agree with that list, my kitchen could not survive with out them!

I would add the NY Times Cookbook, the Settlement House Cookbook, King Arthur's Flour Baking Book, King Arthur's Flour Baking with Whole Wheat, The Toll House CookBook, to just name a few greats that have survived the test of time.
