This infographic explains how doctors and Big Pharma are profiting by over-drugging Americans. This is yet another example of how greed is ruining the health of our citizens. The interesting part is that all the people that I know and work with who eat whole foods and avoid toxic chemicals are on little or no medications!

before we throw the baby out with the bathwater please recognize that those free samples more often than not go to people without insurance. I am also concerned about the thousands and thousands of dollars that people pay for alternative therapies that have no research to back up the cure all claims.

This is what I have been trying to get across to people in my BLOG. Who is controlling health care in this country. It sure isn't the patient and in most cases the doctor either. If we don't take control of our own health care, the insurance companies, government, drug companies, and the AMA will.

I'm right there with you shining a light on the pharmaceutical marketing machine, however. Pharmaceutical companies certainly do not want physicians or patients to know that Food Has Power, the power to harm and the power to heal.
