All of us at sometime or another wanted to be a crime fighting superhero. For most, this was a fantasy we played out in our head, well, until about now. So what do we do? We make this wonderful Wonder Women watermelon soup from Crackers on the Couch. This cold and fruity soup shows the bloggers artistic side (she even did a Batman black bean soup) and that the girl can cook. Sip on this watermelon soup as a light dessert or in the morning for breakfast. Even though we all can't be Wonder Women, we can all make soup.
Ingredients:
4-5 C seedless watermelon
1 pt. raspberries
8 oz strawberries
1 mango, in four slices
