When searching for quick and easy recipes, roast chicken win hands down. You simply crank the oven up to 425-450 degrees F, rub the bird with generously with salt, and shove a well-pierced lemon (or onion, apple, carrots..) into the cavity. Pour yourself a glass of wine and watch the news, or play with your kids. In an hour you have the most simple and comforting dinner waiting for you. And, your kitchen will smell divine.
