The green intensity cocktail from STK, an international steakhouse, is the perfect drink to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. This signature cocktail is refreshing with just the right amount of kick. If you are looking for a green drink that is a little more refined, the green intensity is a good way to go.
Green Intensity
2.5oz Absolut Elyx
1/2oz Simple Syrup
1/2oz Lime Juice
4 Basil Leaves
1 Slice Jalapeno
Place all ingredients into shaker tin then shake and strain into a freshly chilled martini glass. Garnish with thin slice of jalapeno.
