I have a cupcake, cake & cookie bakery called "Sweet Angel Delights". I supply 3 cafes on a weekly basis, as well as private and recommendations for my products. I started Twitter in Feb 2010 and have a blog called "The Tea Parlour" where I write about teas, tea history and cake and cookie recipes.

I have 3 daughters and a wonderful husband.

I enjoy reading, holidays in the sun and going to the cinema as well as meeting new people.
