STIRFRY CRUNCH: Chinese stir-fries would be lackluster without the colorful crunch of carrots. Combined with chopped onion, broccoli florets, mushrooms and black beans, seasoned with a soy garlic-ginger cooking sauce, and served over steamed brown rice, they make a satisfying and nutritious meatless entree.
